GEORGIA FELONS
People assume that if they have a felony on their record, they've lost their right to vote. While every state has different laws, in many cases ex-offenders can vote. For the state of Georgia, individuals convicted of a felony are ineligible to vote while incarcerated, on parole, or on probation. Voting rights are automatically restored upon completion of all supervised release. However, ex-offenders should re-register to vote.
